crear tu propio retiro de yoga y masaje

que va a tu ritmo, reservando sesiones de yoga (individuales o en grupos pequeños)combinados con sesiones de masaje estilo tailandés o aromaterapia. Ofrecemos estilos diferentes de yoga - Iyengar, Hatha o Integral.Para reservar tus sesiones llamanos:

The Yoga Shala/Yurt is 15mins walk from Orgiva town centre. Locate the small BP petrol station by the Bar Mirasol (at the North/Lanjarron entrance to Orgiva), behind is a track that goes staight up past builders merchants etc; keep walking/driving up the track for 10 mins until you see cars parked. There is a small stone bridge over the stream( Rio Chico); look up and you will see on the terrace directly above you, a wooden structure..this is the Yoga shala,the Yurt is to the right of that, follow either of the footpaths to get there.We have yoga equipment (mats, blocks etc) for your use.
