Thai Yoga Massage

Thai Yoga Massage has it's roots in Yoga and Ayureveda. The ten main energy lines or Sen are worked by combining acupressure and yogic stretches to create a powerful healing massage. The aim is to both energize and soothe; increasing vitality and flexibility whilst at the same time bringing a deep sense of rest. Used as a preventative and a therapeutic treatment , this form of massage stimulates and balances the flow of prana , thereby boosting immunity, clearing the internal organs of toxins and liberating tensions caused by unexpressed emotions. Sessions can last up to 2 hours and are best received on an empty stomach wearing loose comfortable clothing. Arantza works locally as a Hatha Yoga teacher and Thai Yoga Massage practicioner. She has studied Northern Style Thai Yoga Massage with the Asokananda led school in Northern Chiang Mai , Thailand.
